Underground Manchester

I'm very excited about a project I am working on at the moment for URBIS gallery in Manchester where I will be photographing the many tunnel systems under the city and other hidden places. At the moment I can't post much in the way of pictures, but here's one picture of me creating a shot. Check back to see how this project grows.

Since I've been in Manchester I've heard stories of the tunnels under the city, but through this project I'm getting access to some of them, so far I have seen some old boat tunnels which were turned into world war 2 air raid shelters, walking 20 meters under the city waist deep in water was an great experience, I hope to create photography to show this.
