Map's and photographs

Just a quick post about an interesting new Map feature I have just added to my site. I've had a bit of an obsession with exploring Google Earth for a while, I love trying to figure out places I have been and work out the spot where I took my photographs from. I thought it might be interesting to have some of my images positioned onto a map at the exact spot they were taken.

To start with I'm just plotting, or Geo-tagging some of my Manchester based images. But I aim to slowly spread the images, to take in other place I have created shots further afield. Also, in some cases my shots are made of elements from many locations in different countries, so I thought it would be interesting to show all the places which make up one shot.

I'm also slowly working out the best way of having these images available on maps which you can explore using mobile devices, so you can walk around a city with your iPhone(other mobile devices with map features are avalible)and see visit the real world locations of my shots and see how they compare with my created versions.
